Interesting idea, but that's not really how it works.
The model draws something that satisfies your prompt. So if I tell it to draw a college teen giving a blowjob with purple lighting, it'll come up with a random looking girl. If I give it the current image as a starting point, and give it more info on the expected shape of the face, it gets something that's probably closer, but still most likely looks nothing like her.
