It isn't just about the Parkinsons. But his health deteriorated sharply from the time he got the jab onwards. Maybe he had the Parkinson's prior but it was a slow burn up until being jabbed, then it went turbo.

Also, he had a bunch of other issues since the jab like blood clots that he never had before and aren't related to Parkinson's. Blood clots are a known and common problem for those who got jabbed. Look in the VAERS database and you'll find tons of cases of that. Picrel.
