He came from the crooked Demoncrap stronhold city of Shitcongo. He was a literal clown, just like all Demoncraps are. He also loved to rape and murder children. Again, that's another favorite Demoncrap past time.
Here's a picture of him together with Demoncrap first lady of the time Rosalynn Carter. This photo was taken just a few months before he got arrested and it was a major scandal for the Demoncrap party at the time, because it shows they were in cahoots with a pedophile serial killer and welcomed him into all their major gatherings and party functions.
This clown is now dead and in hell where every Demoncrap goes when they die, but don't think for a second that the Demoncrap party of today is any different than the Demoncrap party of the 1970s. There's people just like Gacy right now at every level of the Satan-worshiping Demoncrap party, because that party is rotten to the core. The only thing that saves their ass is the fact that the FBI is an institution that they control, so it never goes after them. That's why so many of them are getting away with it right now. But if we had an actually independent and non-Partisan FBI who would investigate these sick people I'm sure they'd find that many of them have skeletons in their closets (perhaps literally). Just like Mr. Gacy here.
