Eat more carrots and green leaf vegetables. Also consider a vitamin B complex and a general multivitamin. You can't get too much vitamin B because you'll just piss out what your body doesn't use, so don't worry if there's some overlap.
I've never tried essential oils myself, but there are studies that show rosemary can work just as well as minoxidil so maybe do some googling and read up on that. Just remember to never apply undiluted essential oils, and don't combine essential oils with microneedling.
