>>937627211I do that but I also organize complex thoughts by internally speaking them
Or internally holding debates between real or hypothetical people typifying common points of view
But really I just think however I want
Sometimes I hold discussions with myself about my own life, beliefs and goals as if I had multiple personalities, but rather than being a schizo thinking I do I was just introduced to the concept through media and found it a useful way to organize thoughts.
Pre-organized thoughts go into my head for further repetition and reinforcement or for my subconscious to someday pull out a surprise masterstroke of pattern recognition or allegory for me to then remember and connect those sets of neural clusters. Sometimes I visualize my own thoughts or ideas or understanding of human behavior or the natural world like a huge web or UML type drawing or very interconnected wiki or just like neurons themselves.
Basically I just do whatever I feel like or seems natural
I can be thinking about up to three simple things at once if not occupied otherwise, usually just one or two, but sometimes if I'm working I just focus entirely on even really simple or boring tasks and my inner monologue and conscious thought go almost completely quiet. I can do this with or without actually "zoning out" into a sort of time dilated brain sleep.
