How much does depression affect physical strength?

from my experience not much

but drains you of the ability to perform at your peak

there's something about being in motivated state of mind that lets you perform

meanwhile when depression takes over your body is screaming at you to stop

Good to know. I'm trying to motivate myself by working out and I noticed some days I do better than others.

stoicism has helped me loads

I have sorta gained the ability to get shit done without requiring motivation

although it doesn't work every time

I have been watching those types of videos. If something needs something done I am able to get it done. It's that I want to create, I want to do art but my brain is blank. I have ideas of what I want to do and even how to do it but its like moving through a swamp to actually get it down on paper.

when I am writing I find it easiest to write about my emotions

idk if its the same for all art

but maybe you can try channeling how you feel

I heard that's what a lot of people do. I'm feeling tired most days. I'm just glad I have enough motivation to do a little bit each day even if its staggered.
