You just need to practice drawing in longer strokes, is all!
Also, don't be afraid to go FAST!!!! Quicker lines take less time and less energy, and they're also straighter!
Remember to move your arm starting from your shoulder when you draw longer lines!

I'm not too big a fan of nsfw, but still I see potential here hehehehe
You could practice drawing random stuff you see, I remember I used to love drawing plants and birds :D

your shading work is pretty good but try not to use graphite (black) shading on light skin tones, you can use the same color you used for the nipples and lightly go over the areas you want shaded so it gets a nice tone.. and speaking of going light, you can do the same thing to the eyes in order to get toph's pearly white pupils
try rounder face complexions, and maybe use an eraser to gently create "foam" in water scenarios
