>>938046680Dream jounal by itself isn't what helps, it's you remembering your dreams, I did all this training when I was 16, I wrote down my dreams, and then I started to just recall every different dream I had when I was laying in bed, trying to fall asleep, it basically trained my brain to not discard the dreams after I wake up, even today 12 years later I can still recall the dreams I had back then, not in great detail, but all the events and people involved I remember.
