The release of the Epstein list is mutually assured destruction for both parties. You will never see it no matter what any politician tells you. A solid 70%-80% of sitting Congress members are on that list and multiple presidents who are still alive.

The simple answer is that Biden wanted to be hands-off when it came to the DOJ so that no one could accuse him of being "partisan."

As he stated multiple times, he was President for both Democrats AND Republicans.

Unfortunately, it also meant he did fuck all about Jan6th, on top of the Epstein Files. Both were "left up to congress" by Biden's administration.

Naturally, Republicans used congressional rules and political fuckery to not have to face consequences for either.
