you're right, but there's nothing that can be done. internet culture 1990-2005 just hit different. It was like being in a digital MENSA club. Think about it. In order to go online you had to not be a complete retard and know how basic computer functions worked.
Even young girls for example would have to know how a browser worked and how to use a computer. That took intelligence and a desire to learn.
