>(black) neighbor constantly smoking marijuana at all hours, morning afternoon and night
>Don't think he has a job
>Can constantly smell his weed because he's so blatant about it, however weed is completely illegal in my state
>Finally got fed up with his very obvious, reckless and aggressive criminal activity and anonymously report him to the police saying I think he is selling drugs from his apartment
>Also emailed landlord because he is violating our apartment's no drugs or smoking policy
Neither cops nor landlord have shown up yet but it's only been a couple hours.
