Crazy how ugly and fucking retarded western cartoons are compared to japanese cartoons. Case in point: spongebob. I remember a weird little faggot kid who used to love that show. Every day, he would run up to me to tell me about the latest happening in that brain dead, turd of a show. Every fucking episode must have had zero point. No message. No plot. Just random sequences, punctuated by the sounds of aborted sea creatures.

I fucking avoided that piece of shit like the plague. But on the off-chance it caught me, my god, the noises, how could any normal person listen to that show. It was as if my IQ was dropping from the sound bouncing back at me through my cheap, chink-made television set (this was in the days when TV was still a thing. A good 15+ years ago for you zoomers.)

Japanese cartoons... they at least try to argue a philosophical position. Yes, there are series meant purely for entertainment. But the default assumption isn't that the viewer is a drooling retard which seems implicit in all western cartoons aimed at adolescents. Western cartoons don't differentiate teenagers / young adults from fucking toddlers. And that's why I choose Gook produced animation every time! thanks for listening, folks.

The part where North Korea shot a rocket above Tweek's house. It just had me rolling on the floor, laughing.
Mind you, this episode aired when North Korea kept shooting dud rockets above countries in an effort to show military might. It also parodied Trump's Twitter spree, fidget spinners, smartphone usage, etc, and it also had a cool musical piece.
I consider this episode the pinnacle of South Park, despite prefering early seasons.
