By default my workflow saves the videos at CRF 18. If that still isn't small enough, I'll either lower the CRF in the workflow, or I'll increase it to something like 10 and then compress it with a separate software like Handbrake, which gives me more control over the final file size.

I keep generating videos to post on b and keep getting denied, so my solution was to gen only 480p videos at like 3 to 4 seconds only. But when im genning for myself im doing 720p and 7 sec clips.

CRF is one method to control how compressed a video file is. The larger the number is, the smaller the filesize will be, but the quality will also be worse. Typically you see people use between 24 to 18 CRF, with people rarely going above 16 or 14 as the file size gets too large. Likewise, anything going into the mid 30's or below tends to have visible compression artifacts.
