Maybe a fun activity if you're bored. Scrolls through imgur uploads from 2009 (when it was founded) to around mid 2012, so mostly before imgur switched from being an image host to 9gag 2.0. It shows any image regardless of it was uploaded privately or the publicly. Share fun shit you find. There's actually a heap of different sites for this but this one lets you doomscroll it so I find its the best.

It wouldn't apply any differently to modern resources because imgur images are basically impossible to 'un-survive'. When they do disappear its pretty much random purges on large batches of images by the server staff. What you see in the sample group on the rimgur site is no different from any sample group you could procure today in that regard.
