Why do teenagers in the United States look like 35-year-old men? - When in other countries they still look childish.

A 16-year-old boy in another country looks thin and boyish. But in the United States, he looks muscular, bearded, and looks like a mature man at the same age.

I imagine it has to do with their diet, since ultra-processed foods contain chemicals that the body mistakes for hormones and cause people to age faster. That's why those who eat this type of food, especially those packaged in plastic, can develop cancer.

In other countries, there are still local markets where food comes from the countryside and is fresher and minimally processed.

Eating something that was cooked today isn't the same as eating something that's been packaged for months or years.
