If I eat a big meal but get sick and like 30 minutes later, shit it all out onto my mom's kitchen floor, how much of the caloric intake do I actually absorb?

Nothing moves through your bowels that quickly. Everything you shit out has already been processed from 12-24 hours ago. If you had thrown it up, that would be a different story.
