I work in HCM, my employer does COBRA administration, and I wana ask someone at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem. Why is it so fucking hard for you guys to process COBRA paperwork? Fucking DAILY I have to reach out to Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem, as well as UHC because someone elected COBRA months ago and it was never processed by you all. Why is it so hard? And it's always the same thing, "We never got the paperwork, Yes you did, here is where it was sent and when. Oh, ok" Do you guys have marching orders to not process paperwork until we call or something?
