tl;dr
Ole was a sad sack Norwegian mental patient living in a group home who, for a while posted every single day sometimes multiple times a day a thread with his face asking if he was ugly.
He got trolled ruthlessly to the point he stopped posting, but unbeknownst to him, animaterr man was saving all of his pictures and now posts them as part of his spam.
