Well 1st generation of humanoid robots are getting in Rich people's hands now. So if there isn't a US Chinese conflict, probably between mid 2030s to early 2040s

We definitely have the AI now to replicate the personalities of fictional characters, as seen with AI chatbots.
All we really need is the technology to make them enhanced and life-like. That's probably the biggest hurdle, then hopefully it could be enough to make it affordable.
I can't wait either to be honest.
