have you ever thought about quitting the internet?

personally i have tried quitting 4chan many times but i keep coming back

The issue is the PC itself being connected to the internet. It direct connects to the NSA data center. So you will only get approved content.

I have quit everything that has excessive advertisement.

Streaming services with Ads

I replaced doom scrolling with reading books on my kindle app and Ive seen a huge improvement to my mental health and wellbeing.
I still use 4chan because the advertisement is minimal and its good for a few laughs.
