He attempted to inflame tensions with North Korea and Japan as well by posting online that Japan should reoccupy Korea.
He escalated his behavior further by disrupting kids driving go karts at an amusement park, shouting into a translation app "I want to fuck your kids!" repeatedly.
Lastly he twice violated a new law that institutes strict penalties for the distribution of deepfake videos against the wishes of the people depicted in the videos.
All this is recorded on video and posted on Discord or Twitch or something.
He's generally disrespectful to authorities, including a judge, who now has Johnny's life in his hands. He threatened to send rotten fish to the judge's mother. He pretends to be unable to understand the English spoken by Koreans, even when assisted by apps or a professional translator.
