I personally dislike the fact that working poor who are generally found to be working are facing potential gaps in their food stamps and medicaid. Granted there is the slight issue with the $37 trillion in fed debt. Also tax breaks for the rich?

The rich and especially the 1% dont populate all of the low wage jobs that we the people deped on on a daily basis. All of the grocery store, retail and food service jobs, along with gas stations and even those sub-ASE mechanic jobs like quick lube and gas station jobs. Just go through your typical week and count all of the low wage people who serve you and be thankful. So why leave holes in their social safety nets?

that movie was such a disappointment. they put in 90% of what would make it great, and then stopped. the cast was stacked with talent, the sets were good, the dialogue was great, but the directing was fucking awful and let everything down. you look at all the elements and say 'this should be great' but the whole is less than the sum of its parts

Honestly: Take a look at what he promised to do and what he's actually doing. For example: One of the core talking points against kamala was that she doesn't give a shit about rising cost of living, now look what you got. I'm sure all those tarrifs are not going to end up causing inflation, surely all the world wide companies are going to slash their earning margins in order not to offend us customers.

Also: Talking about annexing a friendly neighbor, as a joke? On the fucking record? What kind of meth have you been smoking? In particular a president should n e v e r do that. A: The company accepts that it will have to live with losing 5 cents for every product that is sold in the usa, because it acknowledges that it must serve the usa above all else.

B: The company raises the profit margin by about 15 % by either reducing the quality or amount of the product, or raising the price by 15%.

C: The company figures it cannot compete with local us companies due to the artificial support of us companies and leaves the usa completely, which leaves us customers with an inferior, but local product and less market competition.
Bonus: Guess who will raise the prices of the product in two years because there is no more competition around?
