i must have fucking bulimia or aids or possibly colon cancer or kidney stones or something like that because something is clearly wrong with the lower half of my body but i have no idea what it is and i'm afraid to find out what it is because if it's something bad my mom will probably freak the fuck out.

Im no doctor anon but i can tell you as some one whos lived a wild crazy sex life and has had everything from kidney stones to organ failure its best to suck it up and go see a doctor. No matter how scary it will be its better to fix it if it can be then not and suffer and have mental brakedow's worrying. no matter what the outcome is you mother dose not need to know unless you want her too. Even if your not 18 yet.. Doctors do not have the right to tell your parents unless its something dangerous and harmful like your planing to off your self or your having sex with every random person you meet because you wanna sleep with the most people in the world. so go to your doctor and get it checked out .. It's just lactose intolerance. Doctors will avoid telling you this to such money out of you. If removing dairy from your diet or taking lactate pills doesn't fix everything, then go see a doctor.
