Try to find another crew member or passenger with more experience to land the plan, if not strap myself into the seat.

Usual rules are
Aviate -> Navigate -> Communicate

In this case I would aviate first then try to communicate asking for help to navigate.

1) Stabilise the plane, ensure autopilot is on.
2) 121.50Mhz - Mayday call.
3) Explain to ATC I have zero real time flight hours and will need lots of help and for them to get their most expeirenced pilot on the radio.
4) Tell them I'm gonna try to land this bitch, with their help.
5) Report my position and fuel and ask for easiest and nearest runway - ask it to be cleared.
6) Ask for heading and descent glide path.
7) Prepare to dump fuel also incase my landing is bumpy.
8) Follow instructions from ATC. Maintain heading and glide path, dump fuel when instructed to.
9) Extend flaps, reduce air speed, maintain approach to runway.
10) Landing gear down.
11) Focus, maintain approach, throttle to 0.
12) Flare at last moment, not too hard.
13) Hit brakes and hit anti-thrust.
14) Everybody claps.

Every pilot learns every fucking unit and measure you can imagine however. Can Imagine that most eurofag pilots also just go for the cm. Tbh its a quite accurate unit. I've seen them measuring their sportsfields for example which are exact 100 meters in cases. Than I'm like, yeah, that's pretty accurate. On our side we say feet ffs, deal with it.

Only thing you would need to figure out is how to get on the emergency broadcast frequency and put out a mayday call. Other than that, everything else can be handled extremely easily with autopilot and instructions over the radio.
