Corn Syrup isn't good for you, but at the same time it is also no worse than sugar is. Replacing corn syrup with sugar doesn't make your food any healthier. Its still unhealthy either way. If you want to be healthy you need to cut out ALL sugar (regardless of what form it is).

But if you're going to eat sweet slop, it may as well be corn syrup. People who think eating straight sugar is healthier are retarded.
