Hebrew term Description
זכר (Zachar) Male
נקבה (Nekeva) Female
אנדרוגינוס (Androgynos) A person with both male and female sexual characteristics
טומטום (Tumtum) A person whose sex characteristics are indeterminate or hidden
סריס (Saris) A male who later becomes infertile (naturally or by castration)
איילונית (Aylonit) A female who does not develop secondary sexual characteristics and is infertile
These are not genders. These are legal/biological categories, not personal identity categories like today’s concept of gender. FFS what good is the internet when you don't even use it to do a basic fact check?
