Nowadays yes, that's normal.

Swear to God everyone I know envies the dead. No group of people in human history have ever wished death upon themselves quite like the lot of us living nowadays.

Hell dude even the normies wish they were dead nowadays. Even the ones that act like suicide is a taboo thing to even discuss secretly hate their lives.

Maybe I've just been in the dark so long that I don't even know what the light looks like anymore but it really seems like the majority of people struggle to find the will to live.
