You can prompt that angle with "from belo", you can easily and obviously prompt "feet", if you had "from below" and "feet" on the same prompt you get this angle of "stepping on the camera". I have never gotten that problem, but even so you could also use you own human eyes. If the prompt it gives you doesn't mention a polka dot dress then you look at the image, know that it is a polka dot dress and type with your human hands "wearing a polka dot dress".
