He makes bad shit happen because it's entertaining. He is all powerful, but has no sense of right and wrong like we do. That's why over 50% of human conceptions either fail to implant or are spontaneously aborted. That's why kids get brain cancer. That's why pregnant women have abruptions and die during childbirth.
