Just because you're young, skinny, and hairless doesn't mean you don't have male features. You're not female, you never will be. "Transition" if you want, but you will always be a man until the day you die. Youthful looks fade with time, and you're far less likely to age gracefully if you've undergone surgery and hormone therapy to pretend to be a woman.
