i don't know how it works in Europe, but in American prisons, your best bet to avoid sex slavery or extortion is to join one of the white gangs like the Aryan Brotherhood or the New Aryan Empire
but on top of the fact that a gang may not want to affiliate a scrawny young white kid, because he'll be less capable of putting in work for the gang, even if they do want him, he'll have to consider whether he wants to risk losing good time or even additional charges by putting in work for the gang, e.g. drug smuggling, assaults, etc.
