The reason you are fat is because of YOU
and YOU are fully capable of turning it around, with little to no effort.
NUMBER ONE: you are allowing sugar to make you fat
whether you realize it or not, your body is reacting to SUGAR. when confronted with this medical fact, most fat people DENY taking in too much sugar.
(isn't it ironic they are compelled to pretend they exercise some control over their food intake?)
It's not fatty foods, It's not too much butter, and it's not big bones. it's SUGAR
If you are anything like the other millions of fat pieces of shit out there, you likely drink a lot of sugary beverages & soft drinks.
HOW TO LOSE A LARGE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT IN THE SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME:
simple. stop drinking all sugary beverages. stop drinking Coca-Cola and other corn syrup sugar based beverages.
You don't have to make any other changes. You don't have to exercise (although you should WANT to get off your lazy ass occasionally) You don't have to count calories or divide portions.
SIMPLY STOP DRINKING SOFT DRINKS
It's really that simple. start using that MIO water flavoring sugar-free stuff, And stop thinking about losing weight. put it out of your mind. If you focus on losing weight, you'll lose the motivation and it will never work. for it to be effective, You must STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. for 45 days without sugary beverages.
and in 45 days you will look in the mirror and suddenly realize "oh my God I've lost weight!"
you'll be amazed how UPLIFTING It's going to feel when you suddenly realize what's been happening to you over the course of the past 45 days.
And that's where you get the motivation to continue for another 60 days
You can take my advice, or continue being a fat lazy piece of shit who's unwilling to sacrifice a little bit of sugar in order to look less disgusting
