For those who live in an apartment, have you ever had to deal with any crazy neighbors?

the walls were paper thin and i had to listen to the crazy redneck bitch next door "discipline" her autistic son every day

I have a neighbor who abuses her dog every night she takes it out to shit and I hear it yelping. The kind of yelps dogs do when I accidentally stepped on their feet. Ouch in dogtalk. I think she kicks it :(
