Why did Christianity stop being stricter than Islam? It went from authoritarianism to "do whatever you want bro". And why do Christians today pretend their religion was always tolerant, liberal, and voluntary? European Christianity prior to the Enlightenment was basically White Islam. This was all destroyed when charlatans started spamming the "DON'T JUDGE" Bible verse over and over.
