I've been with about 30-40 trannies (not counting femboys, on HRT or otherwise), conversed with at least 100+ more, and I can count on one hand the number of both FTM and MTF trannies that were post op. some types are, but these are all on my mom's side of the family, which is how generic MPB passes along. all receded in the same way over a similar amount of time, with the youngest and oldest ages being 4 years apart (25 and 29). no diffuse thinning or otherwise thyroidal/hormonal/stress related types. my life's more or less stress free in terms of finances and comfort of life. this is the only thing that creeps back around every couple or few months (or whenever I see that godforsaken before & after)

btw, male pattern baldness is primarily caused by DHT, not testosterone itself, which the adrenal glands begin to produce in higher amounts to compensate for loss of the gonads. It's why trannies that have had orchis wind up feeling horrible if they cease HRT, unlike a tranny that's been suppressing testosterone via anti androgens. The latter is what trannies do when they want to knock up their wife and/or Ayden transman (who also temporarily ceases their own hormone therapy).
