firstly, cum tribs aren't technically illegal. sending them to her would definitely be harassment. posting them publically is something of a grey area.
Is there any reason you can't just delete it? that would make it harder for her to track you down, at any rate. even if he's saved it, he's just a guy with a video and no obvious source.
