Oddly chill - friend of mine recommended lavender stuff as an anti-stress thing, tried out a spray and some pills, and I learned two things - firstly, I hate the smell of lavender, secondly, it's made me chill as fuck. I haven't been this not angry in ages.
Only problem is I think it's messing with my sleep cycle, haven't gotten more than four and a half hours a night since I started it.
