One of our closest genetic relatives, Bonobos, routinely engage in "pedophilia" and "incest" to the point that mothers have sex with their sons regularly but immediately know to stop entirely once he starts getting to puberty to avoid inbred pregnancies.

It's natural. The way society addresses that nature and handles the responsibilities and reprocussions determines how healthy that society is in regards to both those who are drawn to youth and those who suffer both that youth and the wicked abusers of it.
