Hey sorry to hear everything has gone to shit. The good news is you haven't lost anything truly important or irreplaceable.
I find when I hit a low point the thing that makes me start feeling better is just doing shit I can control and make better. I clean, make repairs, work out, and I cook nicer meals. At first I have to make a schedule and force myself. The side benefit of this is when I start to pick back up everything around me is nicer too.
For friends it's easiest to talk to people with shared interest and then branch out. My current friend group came from an invite to watch a horror clip. Say yes when invited to things. also relationships need to be tended to. If you haven't had contact take it on yourself to reach out.
You will get through this.
Go clean a room. start now.
