I've been drinking every day for almost 3 years now and I've only shit my pants.
I wake up and throw up very often.
I drink more when I can't get the drugs I want.
I know I'm slowly deterating my life, but I don't like being sober. I take nootropics and natural substances to help "cope" when I'm low, but I really hope I can eventually keep it to that instead of alcohol.
Everyone is addicted to something, but yeah, alcohol fucking sucks.

I have trouble with moderation.

I don't necessarily call that hangovers because I don't always feel bad; it's because of beer. I found out that drinking plenty of water while drinking alcohol won't give you a hangover, so I only drink water and alcohol these days. Don't drink beer constantly though lol.

I drink about 15-20 beers a day.
I'd rather have whiskey or vodka, but yeah..

Moderation is key for everything in life, but I have so much trouble with everything..

Gave up sodas, alcohol and sugar.

I am hardcore alcoholic (+2 liquor bottles a day) and I've never shit or pissed myself, yet.

But recently when I'm trying to sleep everytime I'm about to fall asleep I jolt/jerk awake. Like my whole body just jerks. I think its kind of mini seizures. And when I get to sleep it's like 1 or 2 hours.

This. NTA but I actually have a sleep disorder where I have the same reaction as REM sleep begins, ill jerk awake like I heard a loud sound or felt like I was falling. Happens most nights. It however has been positively correlated with alcohol abuse in my past, not that anon I just have to say give it up now or at least slow down and you may actually sleep again one day, or it'll kill you and thats all yhe sleep you can handle.
