Thank you President Trump for helping grocery prices to go down since you took office. Saw a dozen brown large eggs at my local giant for $4.50. Not too shabby. Of course you can get the older discounted eggs for like $2.00 a dozen but they are at their expiration date and you gotta get to those within a week of buying them. Or flip each individual egg upside down to extend its shelf life in the fridge.

You did know that was a thing, right?

Also beef prices are temporarily high because the Xiden administration was trying to wean Muricans off of beef because of cow farts and le global warmings. Whatever that means. So yeah, farmers are expanding the cow population under Trump and soon beef prices will go down.

I often wonder if someone like Trump has ever walked into a store and bought eggs before? He don't seem like the type. I bet someone has bought and cooked all his eggs for him his entire life. Or maybe he buys eggs by the semi truck load and cooks them all day who knows. But I like to think about things like that.

Fun fact. Trump's father was a somewhat scummy landlord but not a racist as some would claim. Trump's dad discriminated not based on race but on credit score and he would avoid renting properties to people, regardless of race, with low credit scores.

Now how does that play out in the real world? Of course blaques have the lowest average credit scores, followed by a few white-ish minorities like Italians. Yes I are broad brushing but at the same time stereotypes exist for a reason.

Are you following what I'm saying? Now if you were black and you were exceptionally educated and had a high credit score, of course Trumps father would rent you a property. Why not?

It is simply a known fact that people with higher credit scores are more likely to take good care of your property while they rent it and are far less likely to trash the place and leave a stinking mess when they leave.

Is this a fair practice? What do you consider fair? Is it fair to trash a rental property? Of course not.

Do you know who has the highest average credit scores and incomes in these United States? Asian Americans. Does that make all Asians superior? Of course not. But consider the filter of having to learn a second language and jumping thru all the hoops to immigrate to these United States. What we end up with among the legal immigrants is a higher quality of Asian Americans.

Average income of born and raised Murican family: about 65k per year. Average income of Asian Murican family: more like 90k per year.

Tis quite the filter to come to these United States legally.
