sitting in a police car all day long, running speed traps to pay for a city's budget doesn't require any extra physical ability that woman would otherwise lack.
they have genuine utility when dealing with females and children. that's pretty much it, though. i used to think no woman cops should exist at all. but after watching hundreds of bodycam videos, i realize how much harder it would be for male officers to deal with those kinds of subjects. so there should be a couple on a force for that reason only. but of course they would be uppity if they were relegated to only that role. so i dont know how to solve it.

I suppose the logical reason is it is prudent to have a female to search another female. That way you're not accused of impropriety. Also sometimes when you're stopped it's kind of hard to claim your bothered by a hot chic trying to accoast you about things.

it seems there is a hesitation to round up all parties and discuss it at the station, i think that would let female cops shine because they could put their skill set to use, tribal cohesion and the male cops could put their skill set to use, hunt.

Females aren't as good at rounding up people that resist. I would be more compliant though. I don't speak on behalf of everyone. Although yeah police only ask you questions to use them against you. Somewhat more compliant possibly.
