I mean it happened in May, we still were talking for a bit but it was obvious she was still not doing well about it. Some time about a month after she called me asking if I'm telling the truth about having no memory of the incident. Had a full on breakdown over the phone but I managed to calm her down and she said she doesn't want to leave my life but needs some time away from me. Then just randomly she stops responding to me. Eventually she texts me saying something like "last chance to tell the truth if you remember" and pretty much says she doesn't believe me and calls me a piece of shit. Then about a week later I'm talking to a (at the time) mutual friend about her, was kinda doing this often because they saw I was remorseful and not just trying to take advantage of a drunk girl. She'd apparently quit her job and was seeing an ex situationship that had at multiple points in the past gone to her as a rebound only to stop talking to her when his ex came back to him or he found a new gf. Told the (what I thought was) mutual friend how fucked that was and that I was concerned for how that was going to inevitably make her mental state worse. Well I guess for whatever reason this former mutual friend decided to spill the beans to her about us talking about her and she blew up at me and blocked me on everything.
Now it's almost 2 months post being blocked and I still miss the shit out of her. She may have been crazy and toxic but when she was sober she was the greatest. Again, hasn't been super long so who knows where it will end.
