Try a healthy modified keto.
If you have terrible skin and pimply face - you are eating like shit.
Pre-packaged, salt chemicals, refined sugars, high carbs, all fucking processed.
Go on a fast for 1 day. Then do a cleanse. You can only drink water, unsweetened tea, or plain coffee.
Eat only whole foods. High in fat and fiber.
This will help your hair and skin.
You will also begin to smell better.
Begin doing a morning exercise routine, even if it's only some stretches and sit ups at first.
Drink a large glass of water, do 10 sit-ups.
Each day, your body will begin to improve itself.
Break the cycle, of lazy / boredom eating.
Write down the exact time you will eat and sleep, on a calendar, in your phone, and on a pad on the fridge.
Stick to it.
