A dictator could be described as someone, that has been longer in power than the law has originally planned for, so he just changes the law to be king indefinitvely after zigzaging around the law with a puppet, one that uses his political power and institutions to hold farce investigations with laughable evidence to nip all potential opponents in the bud, to silence all critics and opposition with intimidation and violence, and occationally kills them with nerve gas. That looks quite a lot like a dictator. Maybe you know who I'm hinting at.
