do zoomers really enjoy watching videos like this? genuinely - is this kind of poorly written and narrated "video essay" with a whiny fan whirring noise and stilted delivery engaging? it doesn't even seem particularly well argued either. Is this just dead noise to put on a second monitor while you dissociate and not actually watch?

You can always tell a zoomer because they use words like "genuinely" and "randomly" and "literally" all the time. Or they start sencences with "I mean" when they didn't even say anything before that so they're not clarifying what they mean.

It's not enough to be monetized. You need like 1k+ views on videos to even qualify.

It's best to think of YT like a theater. If you have an audience of hundreds, that's barely a few school classrooms worth of people, not even worth talking about. Get 10k? That's like a successful small play. Get 100k? Now you have a good show. 1M+ you are in the big leagues.

Bingo. There's a lot of distracted watching of things for just PC side of users, as well.
