The western US is filthy with natural beauty. Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, fucking Montana, dude. All of them have lower cost of living than California, and most of them aren't full of Californians. Sad to say Oregon and Washington have been steadily invaded by Califags fleeing their state for many years at this point.

I would prefer to live in either San Antonio or Dallas.
I've learned over time that living somewhere and traveling are not the same experience. Visiting New York City is a novelty but fuck living there.
But I would still choose it over California. That's how bad CA is.
