By focusing on people in the west, these are people who are from her part of the world. And making small, almost inperceptable changes will make a big difference for the average westerner, compared to someone from a developing nation.
The bigger problem though, is the western oligarchs. The richest people will pollute more in a day than most people will in their lifetime.
But I know this isn't about climate or the environment for you. You're just an insecure bigot and a racist. You'll always be low-value, and you'll never amount to anything or achieve anything more than being a useless feeder.
