Hi, I'm a very young girl and I have an anonymous Discord account where, well, I let people insult me because I developed some kind of affiliation or something after using the internet for as long as I can remember. I don't know if that's the result, but oh well, whatever.
The thing is, three months ago, someone sent me a friend request. We don't share a server, so they knew my username.
This person became my "teacher" and usually insults and degrades me "mentally" on a daily basis.
Well, I have a very good relationship with my father. One day he left his phone in the bathroom. I walked in and Discord was open on his phone.
My father is the Discord user I've told all my secrets to and for whom I've done very degrading things.
That really depressed me. This happened a few days ago, and now I don't know what to do. He doesn't know that I know. I'm deeply upset and don't know what to think. I only live with my father; My mother died during my birth. I know she's not a bad person, but what I did, what she forced me to do on Discord, is crazy.
She talked about everything, even wanted me to kill myself.

If you want it to stop, the best way to do that is to tell him someone forced you to do stuff while on the phone at your grandparents place.
If he is found out, he might take action and hurt you. People act crazy when they get caught. He knows he went past a point of no return with you and if he's forced to stop he may just say "Well, I'm doomed anyway."
The other way is to tell "the person on discord" that you're afraid your dad will find out and that you can't do it anymore. Stop using that discord account forever. That will let him think that he's not "caught" and it stops.

Simple. Get evidence that it is your father doing such things. Don't let him know you have evidence. Stop interacting with him online in a way that you are uncomfortable with. If your father tries to cause you problems outside of the internet then contact the police and tell them that what your father is forcing you to do.
I do not know what problems your father has. They may love and lust for you and are being unkind in a desperate attempt to make you continue doing what they want in order to vent a desire they can never do offline without your cooperation. Alternatively they may hate you. It might be a mix of both.
If you were fine with things before knowing it was your father then get over it. If you were always unhappy about it then take it as a life lesson on how to not use the internet. Then stop letting it continue and work on getting the money needed to move out.
