Idk I feel like its too late to start anything before I'll have to go to bed anyways.
Really was too late to start the walkies but I feel kinda off if I don't do them at this point. Too much sitting.

Also I forgot to mention that I screwed up during the trip somehow and left me wrist braces AND my sleep mask in the hotel room despite all 3 of us double checking for stuff.
I gotta order some before the wrists start aching and the sleep mask was actually a little expensive so that sucks it was nice.

Idk they have been feeling a little sore lately. I think its the new jobby not the runeyvidya as I haven't been playing that much.
Luckily the sleep isn't as hecked as it used to be so its not a big deal. The quitting the caffeine has really paid its dividends. Though sometimes I see a loca moca monster and I feel it calling to me like the green goblin mask.

Idk this job just requires me to use my hands alot more. Fixing my work desk would help so I wasn't trying to clobber electronic components together in my lap but wouldn't really help the wrists.
Its not really a issue yet though. I think the hecked stuff I consume on the weekends really helps it. I'm more worried about accidently sleeping on them wrong and irritating them like that but maybe I've slept with the braces so long my body won't do that.
